SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are estimated by your location. These can range from £35 to £80. Please drop me a message for a quote and I will adjust the price accordingly. You can either contact me via email or phone number.
All deliveries are made with a private professional courier service, you may or may not need to assist them in getting your furniture piece into the home safely.
RETURN POLICY
Dalena Design offers a 14 days return policy on all sold pieces. If the customer wishes to get a full refund, the furniture will have to be delivered in the same condition as it was brought to the home. If any damage is caused after delivery, the furniture will be non-refundable.
The cost of delivery is up to the customer, if there is any damaged in transit there will be a full refund minus the delivery.
We strongly recommend measuring your space before purchase.
